WildPosh is a multi-actor, transdisciplinary project and as such, a strategy needs to be set in place in order to coordinate the different partners and manage the adequate performance, project impact and collaboration with external parties.
WildPosh has established an Advisory Board (AB) to complement the consortium. The WildPosh Advisory Board comprises multiple actors representing different environments (such as industry, science, policy-makers, administration, environmental organisations) who will provide guidance and support in promoting the uptake of WildPosh outputs with multiple end users. The board will provide strategic advice on the project implementation, early insights into emerging scientific and technical innovations, by also facilitating engagement with national, EU and global policies as well as industry and wider stakeholder networks. The AB will meet at each annual general meeting and virtually in between meetings. They will be also actively involved in providing advice for the generation of the different Environmental Risk Assessment models created during the project.

Besides the AB, the internal management structures of the project and the people constituting each structure are the following:
Coordinator (CO) - Denis Michez (UMONS), who is responsible for the project as a whole, including the goals, schedule, quality of the deliverables and budget.
Project Manager (PM) - Sara Reverté (UMONS), who will be in charge of the day-to-day management and coordination of the project.
Coordination Team (CT) - Composed of the CO, the PM and the financial, legal, and administrative staff in the Coordinator institution (Denis Michez, Sara Reverté, Barbara Marchi, Nicolas Amand, Jean-François Blondeau, UMONS), this team takes charge of the contractual, legal and financial aspects of the project to ensure a smooth progress in all areas.
WP leaders - They are in charge of the progress of the particular WP, its implementation and the coordination with other related WPs.
Task leaders - They are in charge of the daily coordination of their task and ensure its adequate progress.
Project Coordination Committee (PCC) - This committee consists of all WP leaders, the CO, and the PM, with the mission of resolving disputes within the Consortium and risk management.
General Assembly - Composed of one representative of each partner, this is the project's decision-making organ, particularly concerning any decisions impacting the project as a whole.
Equal Opportunities Committee (EOC) - This body will be formed by project members and its task is to ensure diversity, inclusion and equality in every step of the project.
