The WildPosh Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025 took place in Paris, hosted by one of the project’s consortium members - ANSES. The two-day event brought together more than 40 representatives from partner institutions and presented an opportunity to reflect on the past year’s achievements, enhance cross-team collaboration, and strategise for the year ahead.
The meeting began with a warm welcome from the project coordinator, Prof. Denis Michez, setting the tone for a productive gathering to follow. Each work package (WP) leader presented updates on their ongoing efforts. WP1 shared advancements in monitoring protocols, establishing their site network, and synergies with the PollinERA project. WP2 highlighted data collection progress and protocol alignment to ensure consistency. WP3 reviewed established protocols as well as developed procedures and methods. WP4 discussed critical knowledge gaps regarding hazards affecting pollinators. WP5 presented advancements in integrated risk assessments and inter-WP collaboration. WP6 shared updates on identifying effective response options to reduce pesticide risks to wild pollinators and on the means to provide stakeholders with the best quality information. WP7 showcased communication successes, including the development of visual materials, project collaborations, and global outreach efforts. The day concluded with engaging discussions and working group sessions, focused on aligning the work between work packages and planning for the future development of WildPosh.

Building upon the momentum of Day 1, the second day of the AGM focused on strategic discussions and planning. Project milestones, upcoming deliverables, and future meetings were key topics, setting the course for the coming year. Inter-WP discussions reinforced collaboration and alignment of strategies for greater project impact. Focused sessions aimed at optimising WildPosh’s influence, ensuring a well-coordinated approach moving forward.
The 2025 WildPosh AGM successfully reinforced the connection between partners, celebrated the progress of the project, and provided clarity towards its next steps.
