WildPosh research presented at XI Jornadas Doctorales 2026

Results from WildPosh's Work Package 3 were presented at the XI Jornadas Doctorales 2026, a conference held in Murcia. The lecture, titled "Interspecific differences in molecular response to pesticides in pollinators: the case of the hoverflies Eristalinus aeneus and Eristalis brutorum," shared findings on how these two hoverfly species differ in their molecular responses to pesticide exposure.

The presentation was aimed at researchers and PhD students at the university and was a chance to introduce WildPosh to early-career scientists. Using schematic figures and synthesised results, the team shared both their findings and their hands-on experience from the experiments. The audience showed particular interest in the methods and main results.
